PLEASE NOTE – THE OLD CUT BOAT LIVERY IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE 2022 SEASON.

Our boat launch will remain open on the honour system. Exact change or e-transfer required before launching. Place your ramp fee of $15 an envelope provided and drop it in the blue mailbox located at the ramp. If you need to e-transfer make note on the envelope that an e-transfer has been sent along with your name. You can e-transfer to info@oldcut.com. See you in Spring 2023.

Owned and operated by the Ferris family for over 90 years, the Old Cut Boat Livery is the closest stop to the fishing grounds on Long Point’s Inner Bay and offers quick and easy access from Long Point’s widest and deepest channel.

The Old Cut Boat Livery offers everything you need for an exciting day on the bay in one quick and convenient stop.  You can launch your boat, fuel up, get your bait, get your fishing license, some snacks, ice and beverages and be on your way.

We are also home of the Chip Ship where you can find delicious food including our famous Dill Pickle Fries. Come by boat or by car.

PLEASE NOTE: Our boat launch will be open on the honour system during the spring and fall when we are closed. The ramp will be closed from early December to Mid March/Early April.

In order to use the honour system for the ramp, please have exact change and deposit your ramp fee in the envelope located at the ramp. On the outside of the envelope please write your name, licence plate number and date. Deposit the envelope in the mailbox provided.
